Making fizz...
Today we made sherbet, a lolly that fizzes in your mouth.
First we mixed the icing sugar and and raro.Then we added baking soda.The last two ingredients were the citric acid and the tartaric acid.Finally we mixed all the ingredients together.
When our teacher allow us to taste the mixture,it began to fizz in our mouth. This was because we mixed acid and carbonates together.
This was the first experiment that we had in class this year i liked..
