Day 5 When the storm stopped i saw two little kids at samoan and when i said hi they ran away crying to their dad. when the dad came out and he said what have you been doing to my kids and my friends and i said we are very sorry it was just a misunderstanding. Do you know where is the way to Cook island and he said yes so then he told me to wait at the back of his door and he will bring me the map.

This Procedure is about flossing our teeth.

The first thing i would want to show you is what does a floss looks like reach-mint-waxed-dental-floss.jpg
Then you have to floss your teeth. After you floss your teeth, all the stuff that you have been eating can come out of your teeth like, when you have dinner you must brush and floss your teeth when you finish.

When you floss your teeth you must make your floss as a line and put two fingers in your mouth so it can hold onto it, After that you can floss your teeth.

After you finish flossing your teeth you can wash inside your mouth or if you don’t want to you can just brush your teeth then put it away.

Last but not least you will start having beautiful and healthy teeth.

Structure of the tooth

Structure of the tooth
The tooth has two anatomical parts. The crown of a tooth is that part of the tooth which is covered with enamel and this is the part usually visible in the mouth.
The root is the part embedded in the jaw. It anchors the tooth in its bony socket and is normally not visible.
Enamel The hard outer layer of the crown. Enamel is the hardest substance in the body.
Dentine Not as hard as enamel, forms the bulk of the tooth and can be sensitive if the protection of the enamel is lost.
Pulp Soft tissue containing the blood and nerve supply to the tooth. The pulp extends from the crown to the tip of the root.
Cementum The layer of bone-like tissue covering the root. It is not as hard as enamel.
Structures around the tooth
Periodontal ligament: Made up of thousands of fibres which fasten the cementum to the bony socket. These fibres anchor the tooth to the jaw bone and act as shock absorbers for the tooth which is subjected to heavy forces during chewing.
Gingivae (gums): Soft tissue that immediately surrounds the teeth and bone. It protects the bone and the roots of the teeth and provides an easily lubricated surface.
Bone: Provides a socket to surround and support the roots of the teeth.
Nerves and blood supply: Each tooth and periodontal ligament has a nerve supply and the teeth are sensitive to a wide variety of stimuli. The blood supply is necessary to maintain the vitality of the tooth.

Taking care of myself

Taking Care of myself

I take care of myself by taking care of my body. I also work hard to keep myself healthy.

Firstly you must exercise. How do I exercise? What I do to get fit is to run around and do some push ups  or you can do swimming.

Secondly you must eat the right food like bread, milk, meats and no junk food, no fried food, no fizzy, no cakes and no sweet stuff.

Next you must protect your body and the things you need is suncream, covering cut/sores, wash your hands and you will have to shower everyday and twice a day.
